    Panchghagh waterfall is Around 50 Km from Ranchi, there is a waterfall of Five Cascades makes a beautiful destination for a hangout that is called Panchghagh Falls. Panchhagh waterfall is situated in  Murhu,  Khunti district of Jharkhand, this comes under Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation.

    Panchghagh Waterfall is formed by the breaking of the Banayi River into 5 water streams.  Panchghagh is the safest place where water does not fall from great heights this place is viewed as the safest place for all the persons who are going for this place.

    Thrilling experience of Waterfall 

    When you get close to this waterfall, you can feel the mist and spray coming out of the water and feeling the cool mist on your skin and hair can be invigorating and refreshing. It is a thrilling experience. Standing at the base of the waterfall, watching the waterfall and getting wet in the water is a thrilling experience. The sheer size, sound and force of falling water can leave you in awe of the power of nature.

    How to reach Panchgagh Fall:

    Panchghagh is 45 kilometers from Ranchi

    To reach here you will have to take the road towards Khunti because it is a little away from Khunti district at a distance of about 17 kilometers. 

    We can easily reach it in just one hour by road NH20.

    You can go by taxi or your own car

    What should I do after reaching Panchghagh waterfall?

    When you reach the fall Panchghagh, you have to walk  to reach near fall, first, you will enter through the gate and you will park your vehicle the parking price of the vehicle is different for a different vehicle

    • Car- RS 50
    • Bus – RS 100 
    • Two-wheeler- RS 20

     

    You have to buy tickets. Tickets are available at very reasonable prices i.e. 10 Rs per person 

    There are lots of shops available in this place to purchase some snacks water juices cold rinks cookies some seasonal fruits also available on this place you may purchase if you want to purchase some important things.

    After parking, people go ahead near the fall. there is a small bridge over the river first of all you will go ahead through that bridge. You get to see a beautiful view from this bridge.

     A beautiful view of a river and waterfall surrounded by rocks on all sides the panoramic view is stunning. there is a few stairs as comparison to Jonhas Fall or Dasam Fall.  Here is no more effort when you move towards the fall there is no more stress to go near it easily you reach to the main place Panchghagh is such a beautiful waterfall where everyone is enjoying this place. 

    The water are very clear and the dense forest near the waterfall makes it perfect.

     

    Is it safe to visit?

    Panchghagh waterfall is the safest place to visit. It is very suitable for all citizens like Senior citizens and children also. You go with your family together and have fun together.

    this is very safest place to go from school picnic spot and college picnic spot.  It is a very less dangerous waterfall in comparison to any other waterfall, but you have to take care of yourself.

    Best time to visit there:

    The best time to visit the Panchghagh waterfalls is from December first week to March last week, there is hustle and bustle all around. It's time to see the wonderful sight behold.

    Lord Mahavir Birsa Munda was born in a place called Ulihatu, which is situated at a short distance from Panchghagh. The area around this waterfall has a very beautiful design.The stairs have been colorful so that they look beautiful. There are opportunities for photography, take selfies, and making vlog video. The natural beauty of a waterfall is really a sensory experience. Each waterfall is unique in its origin and flow of water. it offers a natural view and a unique charm. 

    Precaution should be taken : 

    1. When you go for a fall trip be careful about time and come back in the evening not at night.
    2. Do not go too far from the falls as you may lose your way.
    3. Do not let children go into deep water.
    4. You have to take care about yourself if you are not well don't go for a fall trip.
    5. Never jump or dive deep to the River. 
    6. It is very mandatory to stay on designated paths and trails.
